Who you gonna call?! GHOSTBUSTERS

The kids and I found out they were having Free Outdoor Movie Night in Fairhaven ... what a perfect excuse to go back to that quaint little down. :) We had all sorts of adventures - touching a train track, finding a starfish and crab, climbing a tree and huge rocks, discovering a gourmet cupcake cafe, partaking in a yummy Mexican dish at an outdoor restaurant and finally... delicious popcorn and a screening of Ghostbusters! It was a long, long day but amazingly fun.

Air Show at McChord AFB

So today we found out there was an air show at the Ft. Lewis McChord Joint Base... of course we HAD to go! :)

Fairhaven, Wa

Today I discovered a little sub-section of Bellingham and it is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to go back.

These rocks look all mushy and sweet, and like they are kissing to me. See their little faces? :)

With a whole day to myself, I decided to go on my own private photo shoot. I only went as far as Marysville ... and only got lost a few times. :)

Whidbey Island photo shoot

Today I met up with an attractive photographer-type fellow and we went on a 5-hr photo shoot on Whidbey Island. It was a total blast!

Back to Olympia

Today we met up with my best friend Autumn and her three girls in Olympia. We went to Tumwater Falls Park, then to the marina, and finally to go play in the fountain. What a fun day!

Oh, go take a hike!

The kids and I met up with Friends from Paramount Christian Church in Olympia, and went on a hike somewhere in the Washington rainforest! It was beautiful and supposed to be easy-moderate... but the first two miles were straight up a steep incline. We also learned it was a 5-mile hike once we got there...

In the river stream thing were these strange rock stacks... every boulder had a little rock standing on it. Either the aliens have come or... someone has too much time on their hands and a bit bottle of superglue...

You're kidding, right? We're only at 3 miles???
